1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MCP Moira ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MCP Moira is a workflow orchestration service for AI agents. It provides:
- Workflow definition and management
- Workflow execution and state tracking
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration
- Web interface for workflow management
3. Alpha/Beta Status
THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY IN ALPHA/BETA TESTING PHASE.
This means:
- Features may change without notice
- Data loss may occur during updates
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- APIs and interfaces may be modified
By using the Service during alpha/beta, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We recommend backing up important workflows regularly.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email address
- Accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
- Confirm that you are not a resident of the Russian Federation
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Scrape or collect data from other users
- Create workflows for illegal purposes
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the workflows and content you create. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
6.2 License Grant
By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6.3 Prohibited Content
Do not upload content that is:
- Illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Harmful, threatening, or harassing
- Infringing on others' rights
- Contains malicious code
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (GitHub OAuth, AI agents). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Security updates
- Technical issues
- Force majeure events
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is less.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Geographic Restrictions
The Service is not available to residents of the Russian Federation. By using the Service, you confirm that you are not a resident of Russia.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
